The personal information we collect is gathered through forms and through the interactivity established between you and our website. Your personal information is collected through contact forms and order forms. The information collected is used to track orders, process your information requests, establish a contact file in our management system, and manage the website (presentation, organization).
Once you become a client, information is collected through your trainers and the administrative staff of the center, who therefore also have knowledge of all the elements collected.

When you are a client, we do collect a lot of data about your activity, but always the minimum possible to be able to guarantee you nothing more or less than the effective and necessary monitoring of your journey.
All staff are trained, aware, and committed to respecting your privacy, and we guarantee you the confidentiality of the content discussed and the objectives communicated during your training and tests. Only basic data relating to attendance, absences, linguistic content, as well as level and therefore progression, may be communicated to the person, instance, organization, or employer who finances the training.
In addition, and only with your explicit agreement, we use your data to send you, at regular intervals but at most 4 times a year, information (newsletter) about our products and services as well as about the activity of our center.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This allows subsequent comments to be automatically recognized and approved instead of leaving them in the moderation queue.

Since Moraine SA has chosen a 100% Cloud solution for its infrastructure, your data is not stored in our premises in Lausanne, but redundantly in the Equinix Datacenters in Zurich. A security backup is also kept in the secure premises of our IT partner in the canton of Solothurn.
If, despite all the security measures put in place, a leak or suspicion of a leak should occur, Moraine SA undertakes to inform the persons concerned in writing without delay.
Moraine SA will transmit to the persons concerned all the indications in its possession relating to the event in question as well as the procedure to follow to re-secure the compromised data.
You have the right to access your personal data. In addition, you have the right to request the rectification, updating, or deletion of your personal data. You also have the right to obtain the communication of your personal data kept by Moraine SA.
