The Sustainable Leadership training programme is designed for anyone in a management or leadership role who wants to refine their approach and develop the skills they need to make a lasting impact.

This training course explores the pillars of leadership that combines ambition and attention: clarifying your own vision, self-management, empathetic listening, the ability to help others grow and to foster a constructive collective dynamic.

  • Option to concentrate the training into one day by selecting the topics most relevant to the participants' needs
