The Insights\u00ae Discovery profile will help you develop a better understanding of yourself and others, which is the first step to success in business. You will be able to build better relationships and communicate more effectively. Self-awareness is essential for progress and knowing what you want \u2013 and what you don't want.<\/p>\n

The Insights\u00ae Discovery Personal Profile<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As part of the Insights\u00ae Discovery training programme, the Personal Profile helps everyone understand their personal style and how it affects others. Armed with this knowledge, people learn to adapt and build better relationships to create strong and effective relationships.<\/p>\n

How it works<\/strong><\/h3>\n

People complete an online questionnaire that allows us to create a personal Insights\u00ae Discovery profile. It contains several modules covering the following points:<\/p>\n

  • Personal style, interaction with others and decision-making<\/li>\n
  • Strengths and weaknesses<\/li>\n
  • Value to the team<\/li>\n
  • Management style<\/li>\n
  • What to avoid when communicating<\/li>\n
  • How they want to be managed<\/li>\n
  • Strengths in sales<\/li>\n
  • How they prefer to communicate<\/li>\n
  • Strategies for interacting with people of the opposite type<\/li>\n
  • Suggestions for improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The Profile recognises that each person is unique and values differences within teams, individuals and organisations. The profile is relevant when used in team building, leadership development and coaching programmes. The profile is comprehensive and detailed enough to help people develop across a wide range of issues, changes and developments.<\/p>\n

    The detailed information in the profile enables teams to understand each other better and work in harmony. The ease of understanding and assimilation during our coaching sessions ensures more sustained use over the long term, and therefore greater potential for change and development.<\/p>\n

    Choose model training and a personal online debriefing, or 5 hours of modular support as part of personal coaching with an accredited practitioner partner.<\/p>\n
