Group coaching offers a unique opportunity to work together with others on personal and professional challenges. The exchange in the group creates a strong supportive community that promotes individual growth while strengthening team spirit. In a protected space, participants learn to strengthen their resilience, resolve conflicts constructively and develop their own potential. Coaching Léman supports teams in overcoming obstacles and achieving common goals. 

The group coaching process at Coaching Léman 

1. Clarifying the assignment and setting goals (preparation) 

  • Goal : setting the framework and goal of the group .
  • Content of the process  :
    • Clarifying the matter with the client (company or group leader).
    • Defining the desired results and thematic priority.
    • Determining the organisational details: number of participants, duration, location and materials. 

2. Setting the objectives and clarifying the context 

  • Goal : developing common and individual coaching objectives 
  • Content :
    • Analysing the group's current situation (e.g. team dynamics, challenges)
    • Defining the desired changes or improvements
    • Jointly prioritising the topics for coaching 

3. Conducting the coaching sessions

  • Duration per session : depending on the group size and topic.
  • Methodology  :
    • Group interventions: work on topics such as communication, leadership, conflict management or stress management
    • Interactive exercises: role plays, case studies, reflection rounds
    • Individual reflection: time for ‘aha’ moments and personal insights
    • Use of tools: visualisations, animation tools, video 

4. Interim feedback and adjustment

  • Goal : to ensure the progress and flexibility of the process 
  • Content :
    • Joint reflection on the results so far.
    • Feedback: Do the expectations match the results?
    • Possible adaptation of topics or methodology 

5. Conclusion and integration

  • Goal : Securing the results and transfer into everyday life. 
  • Content :
    • Summarising the conclusions of the group and the individual progress
    • Developing concrete measures and strategies for implementation in everyday life
    • Final feedback: What was particularly helpful? What questions are still open? 

6. Follow-up (optional)

  • Goal : to support long-term implementation. 
  • Content :
    • follow-up sessions to consolidate the results
    • provision of resources or additional training
    • individual coaching for the specific concerns of individual participants (optional)

Coaching Léman is guided by the ethical guidelines and professional ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). 

  • Confidentiality: All group coaching content is treated in strict confidence. 
    Respect: The dignity and value of each participant is respected at all times. 
    Integrity: the coach acts transparently, professionally and in the best interests of the group. 
    Independence: there are no conflicts of interest or dependencies. 

This structured process makes it possible to address the individual and collective needs of the group and achieve sustainable results.
